SCP & CO’s Private Investment approach is to use SCP & CO’s balance sheet to lead control investments in profitable, scalable operating businesses in Technology and Healthcare, and to make opportunistic Real Estate investments across residential, commercial and specialty real estate sectors. Our returns to date have been impressive with an aggregate gross IRR of over 80% with a total value to paid in capital [TVPI] of 6.9x.
